Service Description

This is a beautiful gentle treatment. We begin with a full consultation and your treatment begins with you getting settled onto the treatment couch where I will talk you through a short Mindfulness exercise. This helps you to relax and prepare for the treatment. Next I will cleanse your aura with a combination of smudging and crystal work followed by work on each of your individual chakras to clear and rebalance them. I use a combination of smudging, crystal work and colour therapy with hands on healing. Your sessions ends with a grounding foot massage.
