Holistic Well-being
The course came about through my work as a holistic therapist. I have worked in this industry for the last 26 years and it is a job that I absolutely love and get so much satisfaction from. I have designed this course from the feedback and knowledge that I have gained over those 26 years.
I am very lucky to have not only worked in therapy centres but for the last 14 years I have run my own business providing corporate therapy packages, 1:1 treatments, workshops and training as well.

Mental health and well-being.
Diet and nutrition advice.
Recognising and dealing with our own stress.
Distraction techniques.
Purpose
This course and the material it contains is not meant to take the place of any conventional medical treatment you may be receiving. Rather it is designed to give you the tools, confidence and knowledge to incorporate complementary health techniques into your daily life to enhance your overall wellbeing.
Holistic means whole, so it is with this in mind that I have designed this workshop to work on a mind, body & spiritual level. Hence the inclusion of not only physical & mental wellbeing but also on an energetic level as well.
Cancellation
All workshops have to be pre-booked with a deposit paid. Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date, if cancelled within 48hours of the planned workshop.
Consideration will be given for illness or other unavoidable situations within reason. The balance of your course should be paid before the start date.
